This edit is a creative outlet to apply myself in a long term passion of mine - filmmaking. The goal was to produce an original video which is a product of my own ideas. I wanted to push my current abilities, while showing others my experiences abroad.

The video centers around the theme of the aimless adventuring of new places, with an emphasis on the people you interact with along to way. Although there is no plot, no conflict -I attempted to convey a level of storytelling through music, sound mixing, and the chosen video clips.

- Formatting and organizing raw footage (1600 clips)
- Planning a storyline I would edit around
- Editing a rough cut of the footage and chosen music
- Adding visual effects and transitions
- Colour correcting and stylizing (grading) the footage
- Sound mixing the music, sound from my clips, and external samples

Constraints:
- I only had the GoPro and iPhone footage I happened to take on the trip
- My resources were a laptop, Final Cut Pro, Motion, Compressor, and the internet
